01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pak3" / "the Company" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the operator of the pak3 platform, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees.
• "Platform" refers to the pak3 website accessible at pak3.club, its subdomains, any associated mobile applications, and all services offered thereon.
• "User" / "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pak3 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered personal account created by a User on the pak3 Platform.
• "Real Money Play" refers to any wagering activity conducted using funds deposited into a User's pak3 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other non-cash rewards credited by pak3 to a User's Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency accepted on the pak3 Platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by pak3 prior to approving withdrawals or per regulatory obligation.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pak3 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, together with the pak3 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, any game-specific rules, and any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time a bonus offer is presented.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding contract between you and pak3. If you are acting on behalf of another person or a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these terms, and that the person or entity meets all eligibility requirements set out herein.

03 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the pak3 Platform for Real Money Play is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pak3 enforces a strict minimum age policy. Any individual found to be under 21 will have their Account suspended immediately, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from play during the period of underage use will be voided and withheld.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts and automated registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of pak3 or its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from the pak3 Platform or any affiliated platform.

04 Account Registration

To access Real Money Play on pak3, you must register a single Account. The following rules govern Account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — including accounts created after a previous account was closed — are strictly prohibited. pak3 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void associated bets, and confiscate funds held in duplicate accounts.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name , date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. pak3 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify pak3 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
• KYC verification: pak3 may require identity verification documents — including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method — at any point. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Account currency: Accounts are operated in PKR by default. pak3 does not charge currency conversion fees for PKR-denominated transactions.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

pak3 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All transactions are processed in PKR.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit is applied at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits.
• Deposit processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited within two (2) minutes. Bank transfer deposits are credited within one (1) business day, subject to the sending bank's processing schedule.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals may only be requested to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. pak3 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for withdrawal amounts above Rs 50,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: pak3 targets a processing time of 1–4 hours for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or when additional KYC documentation is required.
• Fees: pak3 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers are the User's responsibility.
• Refused withdrawals: pak3 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or collusive activity; (c) the Account has an outstanding Bonus balance subject to an unmet Wagering Requirement; or (d) the withdrawal request is inconsistent with the User's deposit history in a manner that raises AML concerns.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

pak3 offers a range of promotional incentives to registered Users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users aged 21 and over only. pak3 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on Account history, jurisdiction, or other risk factors.
• Unless stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion's terms. Bonus Funds not wagered within the specified period will expire and be removed from the Account automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live dealer table games, sports bets, and certain other game categories may contribute at a reduced rate, as specified per promotion.
• Only one active welcome bonus may be held at a time. Claiming a second welcome bonus while a first is pending completion is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of one or both bonuses at pak3's discretion.
• pak3 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that changes will not apply retroactively to bonuses already credited and actively being wagered.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic low-risk wagering strategies, collusion, use of multiple accounts, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets and casino game sessions on the pak3 Platform are governed by the following rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. pak3 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where explicitly permitted under sport-specific or game-specific rules.
• pak3 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or on outcomes that were clearly erroneous due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure. The voided bet stake will be returned to the User's Account.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, pak3 will rely on the official result declared by the relevant governing body — for cricket, this includes the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the International Cricket Council (ICC).
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per game. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and within each game interface.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. pak3 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Progressive jackpot games operate on a network basis. Jackpot values fluctuate in real time and the amount displayed at the start of a spin is not guaranteed at the time of a winning combination being registered.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak3 Platform and may result in Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, structuring, or financing of illegal activities.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated betting with other Users to manipulate outcomes or circumvent house edge.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not authorised by pak3.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or errors in the Platform's pricing or game logic. Any winnings derived from an exploited error are void.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any component of the pak3 Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pak3 staff or other Users through any communication channel.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the pak3 Platform — including but not limited to the pak3 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of pak3 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of pak3.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

pak3 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to pak3's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pak3 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections and transactions, to protect User data. However, pak3 cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet and accepts no liability for breaches outside its reasonable control.

pak3 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or by pak3's licensing obligations. For full details, refer to the Privacy Policy.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• pak3 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• pak3 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or financial losses resulting from betting outcomes.
• pak3's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposits made by you to your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• pak3 shall not be liable for interruptions to the Platform caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to internet outages, government action, natural disasters, or third-party system failures beyond pak3's reasonable control.

12 Termination & Suspension

pak3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder under the pak3 Responsible Gaming Policy.
• A legal obligation to do so under applicable law or regulatory direction.

Upon Account closure, pak3 will return any confirmed real money balance (net of any Bonus Funds and void winnings) to the User via the registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding investigation.

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting pak3 support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. For immediate self-exclusion, refer to the Responsible Gaming page.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak3 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pak3's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration institution.

pak3 operates an internal complaints procedure. If you have a complaint, you should contact support in the first instance. pak3 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 10 business days.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Pakistani law.

14 Amendments to Terms

pak3 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pak3 will provide reasonable notice via a notice posted on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account, no less than 7 days before the changes take effect.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the amended terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The date at the top of these Terms indicates when they were last updated. pak3 recommends that Users review these Terms periodically.
